Privacy policy
Last updated 6 September 2026. This notice describes how Converix AI Technologies Private Limited (“Converix”, “we”) handles personal data for this public marketing website, related enquiry forms, and — when a business customer connects WhatsApp — the account and message data needed to provide that service.
Who we are
Controller: Converix AI Technologies Private Limited (CIN U72100AP2025PTC118637), Andhra Pradesh, India. Contact: [email protected]. Phone: +91 89512 24546. Privacy requests are handled in India, not the United States.
What this policy covers
- Visitors to https://converixai.com and related marketing pages.
- People who submit Request Early Access, Become a Design Partner, developer interest, walkthrough, or sales enquiry forms.
- People who email or call us using the contact details on this site.
- Business customers who connect a WhatsApp Business Account, and end-users whose numbers or messages appear in that workspace so we can provide the service.
Product messaging (WhatsApp and other channels) is described in the section below. A data processing addendum will accompany workspace contracts where required.
WhatsApp and the Converix product
Converix is a SaaS workspace. When a business customer connects their own WhatsApp Business Account, we process data so they can send templates, run campaigns, and handle inbox conversations. That typically includes:
- WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) identifiers and related Meta / WhatsApp account IDs
- Business and end-user phone numbers used on that account
- Message templates and template approval status
- Message events needed to operate the service (for example send, delivery, read, and inbound replies)
We use this data only to provide and secure the service the customer asked for. We do not sell it. We do not use it for unrelated advertising. Meta and WhatsApp also process data under their own terms when a customer uses WhatsApp. To request deletion of data we hold, email [email protected] or follow our data deletion instructions.
Information we collect
Enquiry and early-access forms
When you submit a form we store the fields you provide:
- Full name
- Work email address
- Company name
- Phone number (optional)
- Primary need / use case (selected from a list)
- Free-text description of what you are trying to improve
- Request type (early access, design partner, developer interest, walkthrough, sales)
- Page or source of the request, if provided

We do not ask for government ID, payment card numbers, or passwords on this website.
Website technical data
- Theme preference stored locally in your browser (see our cookie policy).
- Standard server logs that a host may retain briefly (for example IP address, user agent, and requested URL) for security and reliability.
We do not currently run advertising cookies or sell personal data.
How we use this information
- To review early-access, design-partner, and developer interest requests.
- To reply to you about product fit, rollout timing, or a walkthrough.
- To understand channel mix and communication workflows that should shape the product.
- To operate and secure this website.
- To meet legal obligations if they apply.
Submitting a form does not create a paid account, grant API keys, or start production messaging.
Where requests are stored
Form submissions are processed by our website server. They are stored for the Converix team to review (on infrastructure we control, and — if configured — a private webhook used only for operations). We do not publish these submissions. We do not use them for advertising networks.
Retention
We keep enquiry records while they are relevant to early rollout conversations, and in any case no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is required by law or an active discussion. You may ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with hosting or email infrastructure providers that process it on our instructions, or if required by law. We will not share your enquiry with unrelated third parties for their marketing.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR if you are in the EEA/UK), you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of the personal data we hold about you from this website. Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”.
Children
This website is intended for business contacts. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
We will update this page when our product, hosting, or data practices change. The date at the top will change when we do.
